The surest pathway to economic mobility is a great education. Unfortunately, California's K-12 education system fails nearly every child. Mayes believes every child deserves a quality education to prepare them for the brightest future possible. That's why Chad has worked hard to reform education by returning control to parents and ensuring every student graduates with the skills they need to thrive in today's changing and dynamic economy. With Chad's leadership, the California Career Technical Education Incentive Grant Program is now permanent for students who may not be college bound.
